Support rollers for pipe welding Nowatech diameter from 315 to 1800 mm
Support rollers for butt welding of pipes are a device for leveling connected pipes on a construction site. It is necessary to achieve the alignment of the connected elements – a prerequisite for the correct conduct of butt welding of polymer pipes.
Roller supports reduce the load on the welding machine and protect the pipes from mechanical damage during broaching. The rollers are presented for different diameter ranges of welded pipes.
The required number of supports during welding is determined based on the ratio of the linear weight of the pipe to the load capacity of the support.
